With over two decades of hands-on expertise in pool systems, Julio blends technical mastery with a deep commitment to quality.
With a degree in industrial engineering and a passion for problem-solving, he built PoolTech Stores from the ground up — a service and maintenance company where he gained a deep understanding of how pools function and how they age. That insight, combined with years of in-field expertise, now defines PoolTech Construction’s approach: blending aesthetics with long-term performance, structural reliability, and smart system integration. Julio continues to lead every project with a technician’s eye and an engineer’s precision, ensuring every pool reflects both beauty and enduring quality.

Jairo - Architect
Mr. Rojas is a licensed civil engineer with a master’s degree in construction management. He has been registered as a professional engineer in Florida for over 20 years and as a certified pool contractor for over 18 years, bringing deep technical expertise to every design.
Jorge - Permitting Coordinator
With over two decades of experience in the pool industry and a contractor’s license of his own, Jorge Vanegas overseas all permitting and inspections for our projects, ensuring every step meets local compliance and runs smoothly.
Eli - Project Manager
Eli Klafter brings sharp attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership to every project. As project manager, he oversees each phase of construction – from client coordination to on-site execution – ensuring that every pool reflects our standards of excellence and innovation.
Johnny - Field Technician
Johnny has been part of the PoolTech family for over 14 years, bringing extensive hands-on experience with pool systems, plumbing, and electrical work. Now a core member of our construction team, he helps keep projects running smoothly with reliable expertise and attention to detail.
